Education
I graduated valedictorian in high school and cum laude with a degree in Finance at Brigham Young University. Then, I finished my law degree at Brigham Young University-J. Reuben Clark Law School and served as an executive editor for the Journal of Public Law.
Community Involvement and Professional Associations
- Served as a board member on the Sacramento County Bar Association
- Co-founded the Courts and Clergy Lawyers Auxiliary (acts as a bridge between faith-based religious associations, the LGBTQ+ community, and other community groups)
- Helped local community groups on the best ways to prevent and react to sexual abuse
- Worked to promote the wonderful work of nonprofits like My Sister’s House and California Legal Assistance Legal Foundation
