Successful 2023 for Hoybjerg Law

Sacramento City Unified sued over teacher accused of sex abuse

This year we experienced great growth acquiring a total of 104 cases for 2023, exceeding our goal of 72 cases by 100%. We are pleased to share this notable achievement for our firm and some of the most notable highlights throughout our year.

Significant Wins for the Firm & Our Clients

At Hoybjerg Law we pride ourselves in providing the best-case resolution strategy no matter the size of the case to help our clients remedy the physical and emotional damage they may suffer. In this pursuit, we had a few notable cases that included a 1.25-million-dollar settlement involving a pedestrian accident in a crosswalk.

We also had another large 6 figure settlement for a client who received damages from a bike accident while in an intersection. The case resulted in an $850,000 settlement for our client.

In settling these cases Paul Hoybjerg was able to improve the client’s life as well as their families.

Along with these notable cases, we secured one of our most publicized cases involving child sexual abuse by a former, Sacramento City Unified teacher. The news of the case has been covered by a variety of news outlets including KCRA and ABC 10. The case is ongoing and is a priority for the firm to provide justice to the families that have suffered this horrible sexual misconduct and shed light on the travesties affecting the Latino population in Sacramento.

Paul Hoybjerg is an experienced injury attorney with a personable approach. He’ll help you receive a fair settlement – if you don’t win, you don’t pay.

Continued Success in 2024

This past year we saw significant growth leading to the hire of a new legal secretary to ensure we can focus on all our clients. We are excited to see the firm continue to grow in 2024 and continue to provide the level of service and care that make our firm and clients succeed.
